Harris Homestead: Pork Chops 5-23-18

I love firing up my propane grill. It makes me feeling like Hank Hill on “King of the Hill” with my propane and propane accessories. These were the early days. No metal box for my mesquite wood chips yet. The pork chops turned out so tasty and the zucchini packets were amazing.
