My birthday gift is about to make its first batch of ice cream. 
The ingredients are mixed and ready for churning the Ballinger Blue Bell Ice Cream 
The ice cream flavor will be classic Vanilla. 
I love pouring the rock salt on the ice. Childhood memories flood back of my Mema and the birthdays of the past. 
The motion of the churning looks so cool. 
Brian’s pellet grill is filled with meaty deliciousness. The Jalapeño poppers were plentiful and cooked crispy good.
