The Pit Bar-B-Que’s Pinto Beans 
My go-to side is always Pinto Beans at a BBQ joint and the pinto beans at The Pit didn’t disappoint. Will be getting those again for sure. 
The Pit Bar-B-Que’s Potato Salad. 
The Potato Salad was a mustard based potato salad with tons of flavor. 
The Pit Bar-B-Que’s Turkey 
The Pit’s price was $12.99 a lb. for the Turkey. 
The Turkey is smoked perfectly and is so moist & delicious. 
I would definitely recommend getting the Turkey if you stop at The Pit. Turkey is only available Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 
The Pit Bar-B-Que’s Beef Brisket. 
The Pit’s price was 17.99 a lb. for the Brisket. 
The Brisket was the star of the show at the Pit. It is classic Hill Country Brisket with salt and coarse ground pepper. The smoke ring color is so spot on and the brisket tastes simply amazing. 
I would recommend The Pit Bar-B-Que if you love beef brisket. The Pit is the 2020 Voted Best BBQ for a reason.
