My Traeger Pro 575 Pellet Grill: St. Louis Style Pork Ribs (1st Time) 5-08-21

I ignited my Traeger Pro 575 Pellet Grill to smoke meat for the first time today. The meats selected are H-E-B St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, Sklenarik’s Jalapeño Bacon Cream Cheese Sausage Poppers, and H-E-B Chicken Breasts. The Pork Ribs were rubbed with Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog Rib Rub and the Chicken Breasts were rubbed with Slap’s BBQ The Perfect Blend Rub and slathered in Meat Mitch Whomp BBQ Sauce. We had side dishes of Pinto Beans, Spanish Rice and Creamy Cole Slaw.

The Pork Ribs turned out so awesome. The ribs had a good smoke ring from the Traeger Hickory pellets I used for smoking. Traeger for the big win on the first try.
