I pulled out my Traeger Pro 575 Pellet Grill and Matt fired up his Oklahoma Joe’s Barrel Smoker to smoke three racks of ribs, a 10 lb Pork Butt and a Pork Loin for a family cookout. I used the new Meat Church Pellet Blend from Traeger and Matt used B&B Charcoal, B&B Post Oak Wood Chunks and B&B Hickory Wood Chunks.
