I have been wanting a new knife to slice beef brisket and this particular Franklin Barbecue 12 inch BBQ Slicing Knife has been on my watchlist for some time now. I was close to ordering it online from the Franklin Barbecue website this weekend when I went in to pick up some groceries at my local H-E-B. Lo and behold on the BBQ aisle was the knife I had was thinking of a ordering online. Was this a sign from the BBQ God that this was meant to be? I took it as such. Time to smoke a beef brisket on my Traeger and put my new knife in the BBQ game.
