H-E-B Beef Brisket trimmed and ready for seasoning. Seasoned with Zavala’s Barbecue Beef Rub and Snow’s BBQ Signature Dust. Now rubbed down with Knorr Tomato Chicken Bouillon aka Caldo de Tomate Con Sabor de Pollo and topped with one whole white onion. This Beef Brisket is ready for a long date with 250 degrees of convection heat. Start Time was 2 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Here is just over eight hours into the cook.Here is the Beef Brisket after being pulled at 17 hours. 7 a.m. Sunday morning is the end time for the cook. Time to do some beef shredding. The Beef Brisket is starting to look like what all the hard work was for. The final product is beef brisket deliciousness.
