My mailbox was filled today with a package from one of Texas Monthly’s Top 50 BBQ Joints, Blood Bros. BBQ in Houston, Texas. I ordered a charcoal logo short sleeve t-shirt, one bottle of the Houston 34 Sauce and one Qston Barbecue Sticker. The tee is beyond soft to the touch and is so comfy to wear. Definitely a major win adding this Blood Bros. BBQ shirt to my BBQ shirt collection. I am looking forward to trying the Houston 34 Sauce this weekend for my birthday. The Houston 34 Sauce is named in honor of the three famous Houston players to wear 34: Nolan Ryan for the Astros, Earl Campbell for the Oilers and Hakeem Olajuwon for the Cougars & Rockets. I wore 34 in high school playing basketball because it was the number for Hakeem. 34 definitely has meaning for me. Thank you to Blood Bros. BBQ for the awesome shirt and 34 sauce.
