These seven barbecue joints will be popping up around the Lockhart Town Square on Saturday, November 5. Remember, the BBQ World’s Fair is free and open to the public, but food will be available for purchase (–and if you were lucky enough to snag a VIP wristband or weekend bundle, you’ll be able to sample bites from all of them!). 🌮BBQ WORLD’S FAIR UPDATE🌮 and it’s a spicy one! We’re rounding out taco week with an exciting announcement: the Taco Trail is coming to TM BBQ Fest! In addition to the stellar lineup of barbecue joints at Saturday’s event, we’ll also be hosting a Taco Trail pop-up! Curated by James Beard award-winning taco editor, José Ralat, the Taco Trail aims to celebrate the importance of tacos in Texas barbecue.
