UFC 280 Smoking Session 10-21-22 to 10-22-22

UFC 280 Oliveira vs Makhachev is in Abu Dhabi so it is a early morning start time for the fights Saturday. Thus we decided to get our smoking session in by starting up late Friday night. Ten pound beef brisket and almost nine pound pork butt are the featured meats on our menu today but definitely not the only ones to smoke.

Timer is set for the first six hours of the smoking session.

H-E-B Intensely Sweet Cob Corn is tasty folks.
I boil a stick of butter, cup of milk and some Saint Abigail honey.
The yellow is shining through on these ears of corn.

I have been working on perfecting my collard greens recipe.
It has been my 2022 side dish to learn about and add to my BBQ game.
Thinking of trying other greens next.
