I was in downtown San Angelo shooting a couple’s engagement photos when we came upon on Southern Smoke’s pit “Bison.” I had a total fanboy moment and had to snap a few quick shots of the beastly smoker before we continued along on our shoot.
Southern Smoke was recently featured in Texas Monthly and brings its much needed new Q to Angelo. I am looking forward to seeing what Southern Smoke and “Bison” can do in the San Angelo barbecue game.
