It is always a great day at the mailbox when you see a box arrive from Meat Church BBQ in Waxahachie, Texas.

I also grabbed a sweet Charcoal Long Sleeve Tee with a Carolina Blue Meat Church BBQ logo and a new Holy Trinity Hat for my next smoking session.
