We have a friend in town from North Carolina so I just had to make a meat run over to La Azteca Meat Market to pick up Carne De Puerco Al Pastor/Marinated Pork For Tacos. I know I have said this before but if you are a taco lover and especially Tacos Al Pastor, La Azteca is where you should be going for the marinated meat to create them. The selection and great prices of marinated meats is so impressive at La Azteca and the side items like the amazing El Mexicano Crema Mexicana and fresh Cojita cheese deliver your tacos to a whole new level of awesomeness.
